Front Desk Representative
Pilot in Training Flight Academy is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our students, pilots, and visitors. This role is essential to the daily operation of our flight school and helps ensure a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment.
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling flight lessons, assisting with student onboarding, and supporting general administrative tasks. This position works closely with our instructors and management team to help keep operations running smoothly and to provide an exceptional experience for every student. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about aviation and enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment. The Front Desk Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our students as they begin and continue their aviation journey.

Flight Instructors (CFI)

Minimum Requirements:
CFI Certificate (no prior experience teaching required),
Minimum of 50 flight hours on a steam gauges airplanes,
At least 50 flight hours on a high wing airplane preferably Cessna 172,
At least 50 flight hours of PIC (not with a flight instructor). We looking for time sharing or solo hours.
Full time availability required.
